Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I am a solo provider, late cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact my schedule and prevent me from offering that time to another client. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without a cancellation fee. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for no-shows, and cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice. If you arrive late, please keep in mind that missed time will be deducted from your own appointment to allow me to stay on schedule for other clients. Arrivals more that 15 minutes late will need to be canceled, and you will be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee.
